1)Doors
It is two places (the main entrance in the eastward exit and Nishiguchi's back door). 
open the Main entrance..07:20-18:00(weekday)..07:20-14:00(Saturday).Please use the back door on nighttime and holiday. 

2)Acceptance time
09:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday). 09:00-12:00 (Saturday). The Dialysis room is on the second floor. The staff of the acceptance will guide it to the Dialysis room. Please take an elevator and get off coming to overtime by the second floor. 

3)Time of entering a room

Please contact me at the time of entering a room after 17 o'clock. 

4)Meal
As a rule, it is not possible to eat while dialyzing it. Please finish the hope for meal in the fifth floor dining room before it dialyzes it or after. One food is 450 yen. (It is included in amount claimed. )

5)Locker room
The locker room is in the waiting room in the Dialysis room. 
Please get the key to the locker, change clothes, and wait. Please do not part 
with valuables. 

6)At entering a room
When entering a room, the document is passed to the staff. On the bed side, there is a television. 
(The headphone is free. )

7)At the time of the Dialysis
It will take one's blood pressure in one hour from 30 minutes. Please say when 
there are unpleasant time and an uneasy thing. 

8)After the Dialysis ends
We will pass the document. Moreover, please say to the staff when signaling for 
a cab. 

9)The one prepared privately
Towel and nightclothes


10) Accounting
Please ask the staff.
